LaSalle Network is partnering with a dynamic and growing organization in the heart of Elmhurst, IL. They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Accounting Clerk . If you have a passion for numbers, excellent organizational skills and experience with Epicor, we want to hear from you. 

As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department with various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail and proficiency in using Epicor software. 

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities: 

• Process and record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner 
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports 
• Reconcile bank statements 
• Accounts payable/Accounts receivable 
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure financial accuracy and compliance 
• Utilize Epicor software  

Accounting Clerk Qualifications: 

• 1+ years of accounting experience 
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices 
• Proficiency in using Epicor software is highly preferred, but not required. Proficiency with any accounting/ERP software is required 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
