About Us:
We are a growing company looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. If you are proficient in QuickBooks and Excel and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify vendor invoices and payments accurately and timely.

Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain vendor records.

Manage payment schedules and ensure on-time payments.

Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations.

Maintain organized files for invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation.

Utilize QuickBooks for invoice entry, payment processing, and reporting.

Use Excel to track expenses, prepare reports, and analyze data.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounts payable or related finance role.

Strong proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software.

Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data management.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
