We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility in South Holland, IL. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving excellence in resident care and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to all departments to ensure quality resident care and services.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and overall facility operations.
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment to support staff engagement and retention.
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.
Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
Qualifications:
Current and active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license (required).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing or senior living environment.
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance clinical excellence with financial and operational performance.
