Job Description

We’re hiring a motivated Assistant Event Manager to help organize and execute live events that support nationally recognized nonprofit organizations. This is your chance to build hands-on experience, develop leadership skills, and be part of a mission-driven team making a real difference.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Event Manager, you’ll help lead our live outreach initiatives and community-based fundraising campaigns.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live events and outreach programs for nonprofit partners

  • Oversee on-site logistics including setup, vendor communication, and event breakdown

  • Lead and support event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations

  • Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to maximize event visibility

  • Track and report on event performance metrics and outcomes

  • Ensure all events meet client expectations, brand standards , and fundraising goals

  • Familiarity with fundraising campaigns or community outreach initiatives
