We’re hiring a motivated and energetic Assistant Event Manager to support the planning and execution of live events for national nonprofit organizations. As an Assistant Event Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outreach events, fundraising campaigns, and community activations. You will collaborate with vendors, volunteers, and marketing teams to create seamless, impactful experiences for the public and our nonprofit partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing live nonprofit events and outreach campaigns
Manage on-site logistics, including event setup, vendor coordination, and breakdown
Lead and motivate a team of event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations
Track key performance metrics and support post-event reporting
Collaborate with outreach and marketing teams to increase campaign visibility

18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Availability for weekend and evening events as needed
