Job Description

We’re hiring a motivated and energetic Assistant Event Manager to support the planning and execution of live events for national nonprofit organizations. Whether you’re a recent graduate or looking to gain experience in event coordination, community outreach, or nonprofit marketing, this role offers hands-on leadership development and the chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

As an Assistant Event Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outreach events, fundraising campaigns, and community activations. You will collaborate with vendors, volunteers, and marketing teams to create seamless, impactful experiences for the public and our nonprofit partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing live nonprofit events and outreach campaigns
