Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager for our scratch kitchen concept located in a vibrant and growing community. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $75,000 per year , along with incredible benefits and growth opportunities. As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring flawless execution of operations, leading a talented team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience.
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
• Proven ability to attract, train, and retain top talent.
• Strong guest service focus with a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets, control costs, and drive year-over-year sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and food quality every shift.
• Partner with the General Manager to oversee financial performance, including cost controls and sales growth.
• Ensure adherence to all food, beverage, and service standards, as well as safety and sanitation policies.
• Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and ensure positive guest recovery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with the catering team to drive community involvement and build sales.
