The beautiful, family friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a Full-Time Banquet Set-Up Supervisor to join the team. The property offers over 120,000 sq. ft. of modern, flexible event space for gatherings of all sizes, equipped with advanced technology and exclusive Disney access. It features 1,000+ rooms, luxury suites, and amenities, and is connected to Disney Springs® via a pedestrian skybridge for a magical vacation experience.

The ideal candidate brings proven supervisory or management experience in banquet setup, a track record of leading teams in high-volume venues of similar size, and a warm, outgoing personality that shines

Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work flexibly between the hours of 12 pm and 2 am, weekdays/weekends/holidays as needed

Pay Rate: $15.96 per hour

Shift Pattern: Full availability required

What will I be doing?

A Banquet Set Up Supervisor hires, trains, and directs the banquet staff in the planning and set up of all banquet space in order to ensure a successful function and repeat business.

• Working with guests and hotel team members to ensure high quality and cleanliness standards of all meeting rooms and pre-function space

• Supervises and conducts the set up, break down, and service of all conference meeting rooms

• Develops checklists and cleaning schedules to ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance of meeting space

• Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates Banquet Houseperson team
