Job Description

Are you a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) who’s ready to do more than just fill roles? This is your chance to step into a strategic, high-impact position with a fast-growing company based in the western suburbs of Chicago. Our client is expanding rapidly and is looking for a Contract Bilingual Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting, optimize hiring strategies, and help shape the future of their workforce.
Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this role goes far beyond day-to-day recruiting—you'll be a key driver of growth, owning high-volume hiring while developing data-driven strategies that improve efficiency, retention, and candidate experience. If you’re looking for a seat at the table and a path toward leadership, this is your moment.

Bilingual Recruiter Responsibilities:
  • Be the architect behind a growing company’s hiring engine—your work will directly fuel expansion
  • Step into a strategic recruiting role with room to grow into a Recruiting Manager
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to build scalable hiring processes from the ground up
  • Use your skills in sourcing, analytics, and vendor management to elevate the talent function
  • Join a values-driven company that’s committed to employee development and inclusive hiring
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, ensuring a steady stream of top talent
  • Design and refine sourcing strategies and recruitment workflows to drive efficiency
  • Partner with leadership to ensure compliance, resolve candidate/employee matters, and align hiring with business needs
  • Analyze hiring trends, turnover data, and pipeline metrics to drive smarter hiring decisions
  • Manage vendor relationships (agencies, schools, etc.) and oversee recruiting budgets
  • Build reports and share insights that shape workforce planning and talent strategy
Bilingual Recruiter Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments like retail or services
  • Strong grasp of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment metrics
  • A mix of strategic thinking and tactical hustle
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
If you’re a bilingual recruiting pro ready to lead, build, and grow within a company on the rise, this is your chance to make a meaningful difference. Apply now and be part of something big.

Thank you,
