Position: CDL A Truck Driver – Tractor Supply Dedicated
Location: Must live within commuting distance of Colonie, NY (12205)
Freight: 100% no-touch freight
Miles per Day: 300–450 miles (with potential for multiple loads per day)
Delivery Area: All of the Northeast (NY, NJ, PA, CT, MA, RI, NH, VT, ME)
Schedule: Deliveries run 0800–1700, Sunday–Saturday (day & night shifts required)
Home Time: Weekly for a 34-hour reset (up to 48 hours guaranteed, not consecutive weekends)
Special Pay: $150 bonus for Long Island deliveries
Average Weekly Pay: $1,500
Experience-Based CPM Pay:
0–5 months: $0.52 CPM
6–11 months: $0.53 CPM
12–23 months: $0.54 CPM
24–35 months: $0.55 CPM
36–47 months: $0.56 CPM
48–59 months: $0.57 CPM
60–71 months: $0.58 CPM
72–83 months: $0.59 CPM
84–179 months: $0.60 CPM
180+ months: $0.61 CPM
Per Load Bonus: $50
Stop Pay: $25 per stop
Detention Pay: $12.50/hr after 2 hours
Long Island Pay: $150 per delivery
Sign-On Bonus (SOB): $1,000 ($500 after first load, $500 after 30 days – must be active and seated to qualify)
Valid CDL A license
Minimum 3 months CDL A experience
Must be available for weekends, day & night shifts, and early morning driving
Must be able to take trailer home unless living within 100 miles of Colonie DC
Ability to handle Long Island deliveries
Commitment to safety and on-time delivery
