Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various cell phone models. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally. • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided. • Stay updated on the latest cell phone technology trends and repair techniques. • Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner. Qualifications: • Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. • Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology. • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions. • Reliable, with a strong work ethic and high level of execution in all tasks. • Demonstrated humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
