Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement community outreach programs aligned with organizational goals and brand messaging
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with local nonprofits, community leaders, and key stakeholders
• Organize and support community events, sponsorships, volunteer initiatives, and collaborative campaigns
• Serve as a brand ambassador at public events, meetings, and community outreach activities
• Collaborate with internal teams including PR, marketing, and sales to align outreach efforts with business objectives
• Monitor, analyze, and report on outreach program performance using data, community feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare and deliver regular updates on program outcomes, insights, and opportunities for improvement

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, people-first attitude
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Educational background or interest in public relations, marketing, nonprofit management, or community development
• Previous experience in event planning, outreach, or volunteer coordination is a plus, but training will be provided
