Job Title: Contract Corporate Recruiter
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract Corporate Recruiter to join our client to support a large-scale hiring initiative near King of Prussia. In this onsite, contract role, you will contribute to building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and managing the full recruitment process for over 70 openings expected through early 2026. This opportunity is well-suited for a recruiter who thrives in high-volume environments, enjoys connecting with diverse talent, and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Compensation:
$40 – $43/hour
Work Schedule:
Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities of the Contract Corporate Recruiter:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers.
• Build strong candidate pipelines using creative outreach strategies and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and guide them through selection decisions.
• Ensure candidates have a seamless experience with consistent, timely communication.
• Maintain accurate records and activity updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline recruiting efforts.
Qualifications and Skills for the Contract Corporate Recruiter:
• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally in healthcare or patient-support fields.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Workday knowledge is highly preferred, though strong experience in other platforms is equally valued.
• Background in agency or corporate recruiting with adaptability to a project-based environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Clear communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring teams.
• Flexibility, resilience, and ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
