About the Role

We are looking for a Cruise Travel Specialist to support clients throughout their cruise vacation planning and booking process. In this role, you will guide travelers in selecting the right ships, staterooms, and itineraries, answer questions, manage bookings, and ensure each client enjoys a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist clients with cruise planning, stateroom selection, booking updates, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate and current information regarding cruise ships, itineraries, destinations, and agency procedures.
• Maintain organized client records and ensure clear communication throughout the planning and booking process.
• Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their cruise to confirm details and gather feedback.
• Resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving.
