Job Title: Custodian (Full-Time)
Location: 28201 Van Dyke Ave, Warren, MI 48093
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, shifts may vary)

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Custodian to join our team at an industrial facility in Warren, MI. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe work environment and is comfortable working around industrial equipment and spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors in shop and office areas

• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas

• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, hallways, and loading dock areas

• Restock supplies (paper towels, soap, etc.)

• Follow safety protocols while using industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals

• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management

• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, especially in industrial settings

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
