About the Role

We are helping an autonomous ride-hailing company find Engineering Technicians to support daily lab operations and keep materials and builds moving smoothly. You’ll work with a skilled, fast-paced team to help develop and assemble next-generation electronic hardware.

This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist engineers during new product development

  • Assemble and test electronic hardware (prototypes to short-run builds)

  • Inspect and review work from other technicians

  • Perform final product testing following written procedures

  • Help solve assembly and process issues

  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

  • Follow detailed instructions and processes

  • Communicate clearly and maintain reliable attendance

Who We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience (degree not required if experience fits)

  • Able to read schematics, technical drawings, and follow detailed procedures

  • Proficient with standard tools: soldering iron, cutters, crimpers, pin tools, torque tools

  • Hands-on lab experience with equipment like power supplies, scopes, and signal generators

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication skills and experience in low-volume manufacturing

  • Nice to have: trade school training, Python basics, PLM/3DX, ERP (SAP/Oracle), startup or rapid-prototype experience

  • IPC-610, IPC-620, or J-STD certifications preferred

Why This Role Matters

You’ll help build and test the hardware that powers autonomous vehicles. The team relies on fast, high-quality prototyping to push designs forward as the company moves from R&D toward commercial launch.

Why You’ll Want This Job

  • Work with cutting-edge technology in the autonomous vehicle space

  • Join a high-energy team making a direct impact on next-generation products
