Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Events Assistant to support our event coordination team in Washington, DC. This role is perfect for someone looking to begin a career in event planning and client engagement, providing hands-on support in organizing and executing client events and activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup, logistics, and coordination before, during, and after events

• Help manage guest check-ins, seating, and event flow to ensure a positive client experience

• Assist with preparing printed event materials, agendas, and signage

• Provide on-site support during client events and promotional activities

• Collect client and guest feedback to share with the internal team

• Maintain organized records of event details, schedules, and follow-ups

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the events team as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Professional, client-focused attitude with attention to detail
