Job Description

We're on the lookout for an ENTRY-LEVEL solar CLOSER, committed to helping our sales goals. You will be responsible for designing proposals for customers, helping increase sales , training and evaluating our sales personnel, and ensuring that we generate new and recurring business through various areas of revenue.   • Formulate sales strategies that sustain high levels of occupancy and profitability in collaboration with department managers and their goals
  • Educate homeowners on solar energy, net metering, and zero out-of-pocket programs
  • Generate leads, set appointments, and close deals with confidence
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
  • Represent our company at community events and homeowner meetings
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of computer-based software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales through lead-generation and closing
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
  • Previous hospitality industry experience preferred but not required
