In this role, you will create a striking, large-format poster that visually communicates a company’s growth, values, and future vision. The poster will serve as a focal point in the office, inspiring employees and visitors alike. You will translate abstract concepts like innovation, evolution, and forward-thinking into a clean, modern, and futuristic design, using brand colors strategically. The project emphasizes creativity, precision, and the ability to deliver impactful visuals under tight deadlines. Your work will combine typography, imagery, and design elements to tell a cohesive story while reflecting the company’s identity and aspirations. This is an ideal project for a designer who thrives on quick-turnaround, high-visibility work and enjoys bringing big ideas to life visually.

Accountabilities

· Design and deliver a high-resolution A0-sized poster in print-ready format.

· Integrate company values, milestones, and vision into a compelling visual narrative.

· Apply brand colors (blue and orange) consistently throughout the design.

· Incorporate headline copy, milestone highlights, and a tagline effectively.

· Create a clean, modern, and visually impactful design with a DNA-inspired or futuristic aesthetic.

· Revise the poster based on feedback to ensure the final result is inspiring and aligned with the brief.

· Complete the project within the specified 2–3 working day timeframe.

Requirements

· Proven experience in graphic design or illustration, with a strong portfolio showcasing poster or large-format work.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.

· Ability to translate abstract concepts such as growth, innovation, and inspiration into visually compelling designs.

· Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and brand consistency.

· Excellent communication skills for interpreting briefs and integrating feedback.

· Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

· Experience with tech-focused or modern design aesthetics is highly desirable.

· Availability to start immediately and commit to the project timeline.
