As a Garden Center Install Crew Leader, you will play a key role in leading installation projects for plant materials purchased from our Garden Center at residential properties. Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support crew members in daily landscaping tasks and installations
• Delegate assignments to maintain productivity and ensure project goals are met
• Promote ongoing learning and development among team members
• Install a variety of trees, shrubs, and perennials at residential properties
• Create new landscaping beds and maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Deliver and spread mulch, topsoil, and compost as required for each project
• Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations on site
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Landscape Manager

Qualifications

• Knowledge of landscape practices and procedures
• At least one year of experience in landscaping or a related field
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently, follow directions, and uphold company policies
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, delegate, and resolve issues
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand, walk, stretch, bend, climb ladders, kneel, and pull for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Consistent and dependable attendance
• Must be 18 years of age or older
