SUMMARY
LifeFamily is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the graphic design industry, with ministry experience, and possess a strong creative work ethic. The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in providing creative and graphic design support for all of our ministries across all locations. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with our team, bring innovative ideas for series and events, work well on a team, and ensure that our design work aligns with our brand standards and current industry trends. This position is based in Austin, Texas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborating with the creative team to develop and execute innovative design concepts for series, events, and campaigns.
• Providing creative graphic design support for all tasks and needs coming into the Central Creative Team.
• Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of our brand standards and ensuring all design work adheres to them.
• Creating and presenting design proposals, storyboards, and visual mockups to their Direct Report.
• Managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting established deadlines.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies in the industry, and incorporating them into our design work when appropriate.
• Coordinating with external vendors, such as freelancers, printers, and photographers, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborating with other departments to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions.
• Conducting regular design reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Monitoring and evaluating design team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing training initiatives as needed.

HOURS

• Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:30pm
• Participate in church services, events, shoots, and team events as needed.
