We are seeking a HR Admin for our Pasadena office. This individual is responsible for acting as a reliable resource for the division by providing administrative support to all HR functions including Benefits, HRIS, Recruiting, and General HR duties. **Please note this is a TEMP-TO-HIRE role.**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
• Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats
• Assist with preparing HR documents, forms, and reports as needed
• Support the HR team with calendar management and meeting coordination
• Respond to routine employee inquiries or direct them to appropriate HR personnel
• Help monitor and restock office supplies for the HR department
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive employee information
• Assist with organizing HR files for audits and compliance reviews
• Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• 1+ years of administrative, recruiting, or onboarding experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team environment 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across various levels and departments
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
• Highly effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $21.00-$31.00/hour. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
