Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HR Administrative Tempto join our client in Dresher, PA!The primary responsibility of this role involves converting paper documents into electronic format by scanning and organizing files. This is a temporary, in-officeposition with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and supporting the HR and Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity offers $19/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:

• Unbox and organize physical files for scanning.
• Scan documents, including confidential information (such as NDA’s, employment records), and ensure proper digital storage.
• Maintain accuracy in document handling and organization.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhere to confidentiality standards while handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in administrative or HR-related roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with confidential information.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site every day.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scanning and file management systems.
