Description HR Generalist/Manager Work Arrangements: Hybrid (up to 2 days remote) Compensation: $70,000-$85,000/year + performance-based bonus We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. This hands-on role requires a professional who can independently manage core HR operations, including talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: + Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes while fostering a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives. + Training & Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and career development pathways, ensuring professional growth and compliance. + Payroll & HR System Management: Administer payroll processes, maintain HR system integrity, and track essential records and metrics. + Benefits Administration: Oversee health insurance, leave programs, 401(k), and wellness initiatives with precision. + Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety standards, and HR documentation management. + Conflict Resolution & Performance Management: Advise leadership on employee relations, performance reviews, and career progression.
