Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist to join our human resources team. The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in managing day-to-day HR functions while supporting broader organizational goals. This position ensures the seamless execution of HR systems and policies including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.
Requirements
+ Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing job postings.
+ Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure successful integration into the organization.
+ Administer employee benefits and support the enrollment process, answering questions and resolving issues.
+ Address employee relations matters, providing guidance on workplace concerns, policies, and procedures.
+ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate employee records, including payroll and attendance.
+ Identify and implement HR best practices to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
+ Assist in performance management processes, including reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
+ Contribute to special HR initiatives and projects as directed by management.
