Description Our client is looking for an success driven and knowledgeable Human Resources (HR) Generalist to oversee HR operations and contribute to the development of organizational goals. In this role, you will work closely with employees and leadership to manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and training. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of HR best practices, demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, and is committed to creating a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Administer day-to-day HR duties, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and updates to personnel records. Provide guidance to employees and management on HR-related issues, such as workplace policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with management to ensure alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning strategies. Coordinate and execute recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries. Maintain current knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance. Support employee development by organizing training programs and initiatives based on company needs. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, surveys, and recognition programs. Address employee concerns professionally, ensuring confidentiality and resolution of disputes when needed. Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 2-4 years of experience working in an HR generalist role in a corporate or fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP). Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, policies, procedures, and employment laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization. Proven problem-solving ability and an aptitude for handling sensitive information with discretion. Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration. Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP are a plus.
