Your RoleAs an Install Helper, you’ll work alongside experienced installers to set up, replace, and service heating and cooling systems. You’ll help make sure every job is done safely, efficiently, and up to Jake’s high standards. What You’ll Do• Assist with installing and replacing furnaces, air conditioners, duct systems, and water heaters• Support the installation team with materials, tools, and prep work on each job• Help troubleshoot and resolve any issues that come up during installs• Learn to perform start-ups and adjustments under supervision• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members• Complete basic documentation and assist with collecting necessary paperwork• Follow company policies, safety standards, and best practices What You’ll Need• Previous HVAC experience or mechanical background preferred (but not required)• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills• Excellent communication and teamwork skills• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused• Must pass a background check and drug screening• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Bonus Points If You Have• Experience assisting with residential HVAC installations• Basic understanding of HVAC tools, materials, and safety procedures Why You’ll Love Working Here• Family owned and operated since 2006• Paid training and opportunities for career advancement• Supportive team that values growth and craftsmanship• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance• Positive, family-style work environment
