What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a passionate Interior Designer with 5-12 years of experience who's ready to take ownership of diverse projects and grow within a supportive, forward-thinking team.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's or Master's in Interior Design

Proven experience across all phases of interior architectural projects

Strong background in commercial, municipal, sustainable, or public sector projects

Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office

Excellent technical detailing, codes knowledge, and design integration

Strong communicator who thrives in client-facing roles

LEED and NCIDQ certifications are a plus

What You'll Do:

Lead interior design projects from concept through completion

Collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life

Manage project planning, budgets, and schedules

Produce high-quality documentation and 3D models

Foster long-term client relationships and support business development

Collaborate across disciplines while building leadership skills
