This role is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Pain Management and Interventional Radiology. The RN will provide skilled nursing care, participate in on-call rotations, and float within the Radiology and Pain departments as needed. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience and adherence to a specific scheduling and call rotation policy.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care in Pain Management and Interventional Radiology.
- Administering medications and treatments.
- Performing patient assessments.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Participating in on-call rotations (weekdays, weekends, and holidays).
- Floating to other areas within Radiology and Pain Management as needed.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation (Cerner).
- Wearing lead shielding as required.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a hospital setting.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
Special Considerations:
- Mandatory float pool participation within the facility.
- On-call rotation: Weekday nights (12am-8am), 24-hour weekend and holiday coverage.
- Every other weekend and two weekends per month required.
- Maximum five days of RTO, with no more than two consecutive days, and restrictions around holidays and weekends.
- Must live within 75 miles of the facility.
- Lead apron use required.
Scheduling:
- Five 8-hour shifts per week (8:00 am - 4:30 pm).
- On-call rotation assigned weekly.
- Every other weekend required.
- No block scheduling.
