Who are you
You are an IT leader who oversees the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability across all IT systems. You manage and mentor the IT team, lead technology projects, and align IT strategy with business goals to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

You combine strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, networking, and cybersecurity with effective leadership and project management skills to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative IT solutions that support the organization’s growth and stability.

Position Overview
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of all IT systems. This role manages IT staff, coordinates technology projects, aligns IT strategy with business goals, and ensures compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Active Directory, Intune, security, monitoring).
  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure operations, including networking, cloud services, and security. Identify and recommend new technologies to improve business efficiency and security.
2. Security & Compliance
  • Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems.
  • Ensure IT security policies and compliance standards are enforced.
  • Monitor security incidents and coordinate timely response and resolution.
3. Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor IT team members, setting goals and conducting performance reviews.
  • Provide training opportunities to keep staff up to date with emerging technologies.
  • Foster collaboration between IT and other departments.
4. Vendor & Project Management
  • Lead IT projects from conception through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT leadership or management roles.
  • Proven experience in network administration, systems management, and cybersecurity.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of IT security best practices.
Preferred Certifications (not mandatory)
  • ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
Key Metrics for Success
  • System uptime and reliability.
  • Incident response and resolution times.
  • Employee satisfaction with IT services.
  • Successful project delivery within scope and schedule.
Salary
$120,000 - $160,000
