We’re Hiring: Junior Sales Executive at Metia

Metia is looking for a Junior Sales Executiveto support our U.S. Sales team in Los Angeles. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with the right personality, drive, and ambitionwho wants to learn the ropes and grow into a full Sales Executive role.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up meetings for the sales executive and ensure smooth handoffs with prospects.
  • Proactively make cold calls and engage with potential clients.
  • Manage a pipeline of clients and support the executive team in opening the right doors – including at c-suite level
  • Confidently interact with people face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
  • Learn proven sales techniques and gain exposure to the full sales cycle.
  • Support client relationship-building activities and help keep the pipeline moving.
  • Bring energy, follow-through, and resilience to help drive new opportunities.

  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people and building connections.
  • Action-driven, ambitious, and motivated by results.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • No prior sales experience required—we value attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in marketing, client-facing roles, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
