We are currently supporting our client – a leading importer and distributor of medical equipment and consumables – in their search for a Junior Service Engineer to join their team in Sofia.
Our client has been present on the Bulgarian market for over 30 years and has built a strong reputation as a trusted and professional partner to hospitals and healthcare institutions across the country. Their success is driven by a team of dedicated experts, high professional standards, and a commitment to long-term partnerships.
Assist in the maintenance, repair, and technical servicing of medical equipment;
Support the installation and testing of new medical devices in hospitals and healthcare facilities;
Participate in technical training and on-the-job learning during the initial 3–6 month onboarding period at the company’s Sofia office;
Provide technical support to clients, ensuring proper operation and reliability of the equipment;
Travel across Bulgaria to service client sites (all travel expenses covered);
Collaborate closely with the service team and sales specialists to ensure customer satisfaction;
Maintain accurate documentation of completed service activities.
University degree in progress or recently completed (Technical, Electrical, Electronics, or similar field);
Valid driver’s license (category B);
Good command of English (spoken and written);
Strong technical mindset and interest in medical technologies;
Responsible, organized, and willing to learn;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
Professional attitude, reliability, and good communication skills ( a good sense of humor will be considered as an advantage :)
Note: Previous experience with medical equipment is not required — full product and technical training will be provided.Comprehensive initial training and continuous technical development;
