Job Description:
Support a private equity-backed client during a tender offer by acting as an equity concierge for shareholders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Reach out to ~150 shareholders via phone/email using Shareworks contact info

• Verify and update shareholder contact details (address, email, phone)

• Confirm shareholders understand their equity type, amount, and vesting status

• Explain the tender process at a high level and how to participate

• Track outreach, questions, and completion status

• Escalate legal or tax-related inquiries as needed

• Ensure communication is compliant, professional, and accurate

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • Tender offer experience

  • Paralegal background

  • Strong communication and client-facing professionalism

  • Ability to explain equity in simple terms

  • Extreme attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Familiarity with equity platforms (e.g., Shareworks)

  • Ability to triage and escalate appropriately

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Private equity experience

  • Experience interfacing with C-suite and stakeholders
