We offer a wide variety of competitive benefits, to include in-depth training opportunities in order to ensure success. _Duties:_ As a LPN, you will work 1:1 with one client for the duration of your shift and support them with the following: + Adhere to the outlined care plan + Document tasks, observations and evaluate outcomes + Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures + Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN + Assist with other duties as needed _Minimum Qualifications:_ + Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license + One (1) or more years nursing experience, preferably in personal care home industry + Reliable transportation and valid driver's license _The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
