Salary: $44,000 – $49,500
Education Requirements:
This position requires an LPN in Nursing. Employees must comply with all supervision requirements established by their respective licensing board.
Duties / Responsibilities:
This role provides supportive medical services within Outpatient offices. Responsibilities include performing physical assessments, collecting vital signs, completing all associated documentation, and preparing consumers for appointments with the prescriber.
The LPN will assist the prescriber as needed, including administering injections, collecting samples, performing medication reconciliation, and supporting overall clinical workflow to ensure efficient and effective care.
Preferred Experience / Skill Set:
Two years of experience in Behavioral Health preferred.
