What You’ll Do:

• Provide day-to-day health support including basic assessments, medication administration, and student monitoring
• Build foundational experience with students in therapeutic, structured learning environments
• Collaborate with school teams to support students' educational and behavioral progress
• Develop communication and care coordination skills with families and staff
• Serve as a consistent, compassionate presence for students who rely on daily structure
• Support field trips, school activities, and gradual integration into general education settings

• LPN license in Massachusetts (or ability to transfer an active license)
• Experience or strong interest in supporting students with autism, nonverbal communication needs, and behavioral health challenges
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and composed in high-energy or emotionally complex situations
• Comfortable working in environments where hands-on clinical needs are limited, but emotional presence and behavioral support are essential
• Desire to contribute meaningfully to a school-based nursing team, whether as a new nurse or seasoned professional
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
• School or pediatric experience is helpful, but not required
