We are actively hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team. Whether you're a recent college graduate or exploring a new career path, this position offers a hands-on introduction to the world of marketing, branding , and live customer engagement through in-person events and field campaigns.
As a leader in field marketing and brand outreach , we work with nationally recognized brands to increase visibility, attract new customers, and build lasting brand loyalty through high-impact, face-to-face campaigns.
No prior marketing experience is required — we offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for growth within the company.
Assist with the planning and execution of live marketing events, brand activations, and promotions
Represent client brands at retail locations, trade shows, community events, and pop-up campaigns
Interact with customers in-person to communicate brand messaging and product details
Set up, maintain, and break down branded displays, signage, and promotional materials
Gather customer feedback and insights to support campaign optimization
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and outreach targets
Learn and apply marketing strategies , brand positioning, and customer communication techniques
Strong communication and people skills; comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
Outgoing, energetic personality with a professional appearance and attitude
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Willingness to travel locally to various event and campaign locations
Organized with effective time management and multitasking abilities
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business , or related field (preferred, not required)
Background in customer service, hospitality, sales , or retail is a plus
