Job Description

Own the outbound flow

Help us move orders accurately, safely, and on time. If you like keeping things organized and making sure every package gets where it should, this role is for you.

Your impact

  • Pick, verify, pack, and ship customer orders in line with company procedures
  • Process outbound shipments via USPS, FedEx, and UPS
  • Print and sort orders daily to set the pace for the shift
  • Create/assist with FBA and WFS labels and workorders
  • Organize and instruct the Pack Out Team to complete daily pack outs as provided by the Warehouse Supervisor; continuously check for errors and maximize efficiency
  • Build and assemble pallets for safe transport
  • Maintain clear egress paths and a clean, safe work environment; break down cardboard into proper bins
  • Down-stock aisles and keep product organized and replenished
  • Receive inbound deliveries; return unused products to stock
  • Monitor on-hand quantities and notify the warehouse manager of low stock
  • Conduct regular inventory counts as assigned
  • Sweep and mop the warehouse as needed
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need to succeed

  • High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months of related experience/training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
  • Fork lift safety training certificate to operate forklift
  • Ability to read and follow straightforward instructions; write simple correspondence; communicate clearly one-on-one and with small groups
  • Math comfort: whole numbers, fractions, decimals; compute rate, ratio, and percent; interpret bar graphs
  • Practical problem-solving to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions in standardized situations

Supervisory scope: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
