Outside Sales Representative
Location : Washington DC to Fredericksburg Corridor (Ideal home base: North of Fredericksburg)
Compensation: Competitive base salary ($60K) + Uncapped Commissions (OTE of $115-$125K or more) + full benefits package and Company Car w/ Gas Card

Our client is searching for a driven, competitive, and highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to
dominate one of the most strategic territories in the Mid-Atlantic. This is a role built for someone who
sees sales as a sport, thrives in the field, and wants to step into a company experiencing major national
momentum in the building materials industry.
This is not account management. This is a pure growth role for someone who wants to win, expand
market presence, and leave a measurable impact on a territory with massive upside.

What You’ll Do
• Lead aggressive new business development efforts across contractors and builders
• Sell our client's full roofing product lineup to new prospects
• Build and elevate certified contractors
• Create and execute a territory business plan
• Maintain a strong CRM pipeline
• Deliver in-person presentations, trainings, and demos
• Generate new business through cold calls and field activity
• Attend meetings, industry events, and training sessions
What Makes You a Strong Fit
• 2+ years Outside Sales or 3–5 years Inside Sales seeking advancement
• Roofing, construction, or building materials experience preferred
• Proven history of exceeding sales goals
• Comfortable traveling daily across the territory
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and presentation skills
