Description Overview: Robert Half is partnering with a growing telecommunications company seeking a part-time HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys being involved in multiple aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Key Responsibilities: + Administer HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance + Support recruitment efforts: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers + Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support payroll preparation as needed + Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and open enrollment coordination + Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution + Support compliance with state and federal labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures + Partner with leadership on performance management, employee engagement, and policy updates + Contribute to HR projects, including process improvements and culture initiatives Requirements Qualifications: + 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role + Strong understanding of California employment laws and HR best practices + Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
