Our highly reputable, fully PPO/FFS Ortho-Pedo practice in Northwest Austin is seeking a talented doctor to join our team and build a fulfilling, long-term career caring for children and families in this vibrant community.

Practice Overview

• Established, Trusted, and Growing: Our Ortho-Pedo office has proudly served Austin families for years with a strong reputation for clinical excellence and a warm, kid-friendly approach.

• Fully PPO & FFS: No Medicaid. No capitation. Enjoy the clinical autonomy and time to provide personalized, quality care.

• Supportive, Collaborative Team: Join a tight-knit group of professionals dedicated to outstanding pediatric dentistry and patient experiences.

• Leadership & Growth: We're actively expanding our in-office General Anesthesia (GA) program and welcome a Pediatric Dentist ready to help lead that initiative.

Clinical Scope & Technology

• Full-scope pediatric dentistry including restorative care, sedation, special needs care, and growth/development oversight

• Modern, fully digital office equipped with:

  • Intraoral scanners

  • Digital X-rays

  • Nitrous and in-office GA capabilities

  • Advanced sterilization and comfort-focused design

Schedule & Compensation

• Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Compensation:

  • Competitive daily rate or percentage of collections

  • Lucrative production-based bonus opportunities

Ideal Candidate

• DDS/DMD and completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency (required)

• Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Experienced or new grads welcome (GA/sedation proficiency preferred)

• Strong communicator and team player

• Passionate about providing a fun, safe, and high-quality experience for kids and families
