Position: Personal Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to our CEO and senior management team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening and directing calls and emails.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and gather information to assist the CEO in making strategic decisions.
- Coordinate and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, mail, and other forms of communication.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, making reservations, and managing household staff.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO and senior management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset.
- Passionate about sports and the sports industry.
