SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

LaSalle Network has partnered with a media ad-tech company seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support a high-impact SAP SuccessFactors upgrade. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead a complex implementation involving multiple modules, stakeholders, and a recent acquisition that has expanded the project scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the project roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and sequencing deliverables
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive consensus across cross-functional teams
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party implementation partners
• Lead scheduling, milestone tracking, and Gantt chart development
• Navigate shifting priorities and manage high-visibility personalities with professionalism
• Ensure timely execution of project phases and maintain clear documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP or enterprise software implementations (SAP experience preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments
• Experience working with HRIS or HCM systems is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across time zones

Additional Details:

• Open to full-time or part-time availability (core hours are 9 AM – 5 PM CT)
• Remote role with immediate start preferred
• Interview process is streamlined with quick turnaround
