Job Description

Salary: $46,080 - 61,360 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, with preferred experience in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or completion of the Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
• Proven background in customer support, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting.
• Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before start date.
• Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
• Ability to analyze intricate challenges, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective solutions.
• Minimum requirement of 2 days in the office, 4 hours per day.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) necessary for remote work.

• Deliver exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues via phone and chat, maintaining professionalism and reassurance.
• Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions.
• Act as the advocate for the Mid-Market customer, demonstrating commitment to their success.
• Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to convey client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience through strong advocacy.
• Develop high-quality customer interactions that build confidence.
• Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to create a distinctive service model, utilizing field expertise.
• Guide clients through advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, and payroll, ensuring their prosperity through effective platform use.
• Stay updated on all QuickBooks Online updates, features, and functionalities to serve as a trusted advisor, demonstrating a commitment to expertise.
