Job Description

Salary: $46,080 - 61,360 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online; experience with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money preferred
• Completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is an alternative
• Prior experience in a customer support role, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment
• Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory before the start date
• Strong comprehension of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
• Proven ability to analyze intricate challenges, identify root causes, and communicate effective resolutions
• Minimum of 2 days in the office for 4 hours per day required for hybrid work
• Dedicated high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) required for remote work

• Provide exceptional technical and consultative assistance for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
• Diagnose and resolve complex software issues via phone and chat with professionalism and reassurance
• Apply our prosperity principles to customer solutions
• Serve as the advocate for Mid-Market customers, taking ownership of their success
• Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and improve the product and customer experience
• Create outstanding customer interactions that inspire confidence
• Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market segment to develop a unique service model, utilizing expertise in the field
• Guide clients through the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, intricate bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, etc.
• Keep up to date with updates, new features, and functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform to maintain trusted advisor status
