Job Description

Salary: $46,080 - 61,160 per year Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, preferably with exposure to QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
  • Proven background in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or SaaS setting.
  • Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification, to be provided before the start date.
  • Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
  • Ability to analyze intricate challenges, pinpoint root causes, and convey effective solutions.
  • Minimum of 2 days in-office work, 4 hours per day.
  • High-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) for remote work.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues via phone and chat professionally and reassuringly.
  • Apply our prosperity principles to customer solutions.
  • Represent the voice of the Mid-Market customer, taking ownership of their success.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management teams to relay client feedback and drive product and customer experience improvements.
  • Create high-quality interactions that inspire confidence among customers.
  • Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate differentiated service models.
  • Guide clients through advanced functionalities of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more.
  • Stay updated on all developments, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to serve as a trusted advisor.
