Job Description

Salary: $46,080 - 61,280 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, with preferred exposure to QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
• Proven background in a customer support role, ideally within a technology or SaaS setting
• An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and must be obtained before starting
• Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
• Ability to analyze complex challenges, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective solutions clearly
• Minimum requirement of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day
• A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is necessary for remote work

• Deliver outstanding technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues through phone and chat, maintaining professionalism and reassurance
• Apply our prosperity principles to customer solutions
• Serve as the advocate for Mid-Market customers, showcasing ownership of their success
• Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client feedback and enhance product offerings and customer experiences
• Create high-quality customer interactions that build trust and confidence
• Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market sector to help develop a unique service model
• Guide clients through advanced QuickBooks Online features including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more, driving their effective use of the platform
• Stay updated with new features and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to act as a credible advisor
