Job Description

Salary: $46,080 - 61,360 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, ideally including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
• Proven customer support experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS context.
• An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and must be presented prior to joining.
• Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, pinpoint root causes, and effectively communicate solutions.
• Comfort with working in a hybrid environment, requiring at least 2 days in the office for 4 hours each.
• A stable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is necessary for remote work.

• Deliver exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues via phone and chat, maintaining professionalism and reassurance.
• Apply our prosperity principles in solving customer challenges.
• Advocate for the Mid-Market customer, demonstrating accountability for their success.
• Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay customer feedback and enhance product and customer experience.
• Create high-quality interactions that build customer confidence.
• Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to develop a unique service model based on field expertise.
• Guide clients through advanced functionalities of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing, intricate bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll, to contribute to their success.
• Stay informed about updates, new features, and capabilities of QuickBooks Online to be a trusted advisor.
