Job Description

Salary: $46,080 - 61,360 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience working with QuickBooks Online, with a preference for familiarity with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
• Completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is a plus
• Previous experience in a customer support capacity, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment
• Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required, to be provided prior to start date
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
• Proven ability to analyze complex challenges and communicate effective solutions
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with a minimum of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) needed for remote work

• Deliver exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues through phone and chat in a professional manner
• Apply our prosperity principles to enhance customer solutions
• Serve as the advocate for Mid-Market customers, owning their success
• Collaborate with teams in Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to provide client feedback and drive product improvements
• Create high-quality customer interactions that build confidence and trust
• Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to develop a differentiated service model
• Guide clients in utilizing the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, and payroll
• Stay updated on all QuickBooks Online platform developments to maintain expertise and serve as a trusted advisor
