Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our exceptional hospitality team at our prestigious hotel located in the bustling Brickell area. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests, maintaining our high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize, and supply guest rooms to the hotel's established standards.
- Replace used towels, bedsheets, and other bathroom amenities.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Restock and maintain cleaning supplies in storage areas.
- Respond to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction during their stay.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team and report any guest feedback or complaints to the management.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping e xperience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight as required.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
