Job Description

At Top Tier Financial LLC, we pride ourselves on supporting and standing behind our clients and their businesses. We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team for the 2024 tax season.

**Who We’re Looking For:**

Motivated and self-driven individuals who are confident in growing their own client base and excited to gain hands-on experience during the tax season. No previous tax preparation experience is required — just a willingness to learn and a proactive mindset.

**Job Description:**

* Prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns for clients.
* Maintain electronic work papers and tax return records.
* File electronic tax returns and provide clients with timely updates.
* Manage digital document storage using our internal system.
* Organize and assemble completed tax return packages.
* Assist with updating filing calendars and managing client data.
* Coordinate workflow and tasks with the manager.
* Request and track supplies needed for return preparation.

**Client Acquisition:**

You will be responsible for finding and managing your own clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with outreach and relationship-building. We provide marketing tools, training, and resources to support your efforts and help you succeed.

**Qualifications:**

* No prior experience required — we offer training.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* Active PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) is required.
* High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a remote team setting.
* Flexibility to work extended hours during peak tax season.
